How fresh will my coffee be?
Very fresh. Max’s Java typically ships your coffee within about 24 to 72 hours of roasting it. Our roasting & packaging process ensures your deliveries are as fresh as possible. On average, you will receive your coffee at your doorstep within about 5-7 days after we roasted it.
Where do you get your coffee?
Max’s Java sources the best beans from the best coffee producers around the world, and we roast them fresh to order. We frequently pay well above Fair Trade prices to support coffee farmers using sustainable and ethical practices.
Who roasts and packages your coffee?
Max’s Java is a dedicated coffee roasting company. We roast, pack, and ship all orders in-house from one location.
Do you flavor your coffee with all-natural flavoring?
Our coffees are not flavored with all-natural flavoring.
A cup of regular coffee prepared with water has only 2 calories. These negligible calories come from some oils in the beans. Flavored coffee beans also do not contain any significant calories. Even if flavor is infused into the bean, it will not add any extra sugars or calories.
Are the ingredients Fair Trade?
Proudly, YES. Max’s Java attended lots of classes on the struggles of producers and farmers. Fair trade is an institutional arrangement designed to help producers in developing countries achieve better trading conditions, and we are all for it!
We currently accept any major credit card and PayPal for online orders.
This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip?
No, prices are included in your package’s shipment.
Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and business?
Yes. We offer wholesale accounts for businesses looking to retail our coffee. For specifications, please visit our wholesale or white label sections or e-mail us with a description of your business and your needs and we will send you a wholesale application.
What is the largest order we can manufacture?
Max’s Java has no limitations on our exciting business and can produce any volume of coffee. With over 20 years experience we currently provide coffee to some of the largest retailers in the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Max’s Java Coffee ships anywhere in the world. You can easily select your destination country when you make your purchase. Check out as usual – you will be charged in US dollars.
Can I upgrade to overnight shipping?
All shipping options that are available for your zip code will show on the checkout page.
How can I track my package?
Your tracking number will be supplied automatically in your shipping confirmation email. You may also request a tracking number from our Contact Us page, please include the ship to name and order number.
Customer Supplied Incorrect Address
When a package is not delivered and returned to Max’s Java due to an error made by the customer in submitting shipping address, Max’s Java will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment. Max’s Java will not provide replacement product.
Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have placed or any process thereafter.
Due to the custom nature of the products orders may not be returned and/or refunded. Prices are subject to change without further notice.
